Sue
Banfield recently joined Bonners as Fitness Manager / Instructor.
So What Do You Get When You
Join Us? Sue will take into account, your age, your health and your starting fitness. After 12 consecutive sessions have been completed, Sue will reassess your programme and make any necessary adjustments, ensuring that you constantly progress. |
| "I prefer
clients to take a more relaxed attitude towards healthy eating and
exercise. Strict diets, and pounding our bodies for hours on the
treadmill, will almost certainly end up putting people off completely,
sooner rather than later. The only sure fire way of keeping the weight off
and staying fit and healthy for life, is by remaining focused on your long
and short term goals, eating a varied and sensible diet, where all foods
can be accessed, and keeping to a varied progressive exercise plan. I have
found that this approach keeps people happier and results in more
successfully reaching their goals." |
